We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and these terms are designed to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the booking process.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  1. Tour Prices: Tour Prices: Prices displayed on our website may be shown as “From” or “Starting From” prices and represent the lowest available rate for the applicable tour, generally based on low-season travel, the minimum/base occupancy or traveller configuration applicable to that tour, and standard included services. The final price may vary depending on travel dates and season, number of travellers, room occupancy, accommodation category and availability, itinerary, duration, transportation requirements, optional activities, and any additional or customized services requested. The price applicable to your booking will be the final price stated in the personalized quotation or booking confirmation issued by Enchanted Morocco Tours (EMT).
  2. Discounted Prices: From time to time, we may offer discounted prices on select tours. These discounts may be applied automatically at the time of booking or may require the use of a promotional code. Please refer to the specific tour page for details on any available discounts and how to redeem them.
  3. Tax Information: The prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. A 14% tax will be added to the advertised tour cost at the time of booking. Please note that tax rates are determined by local regulations and may be subject to change. The final price will include all applicable taxes as required by law at the time of your booking.
  4. Accommodations: Accommodations provided as part of our tours are selected based on factors such as location, quality, and availability. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, accommodations may vary depending on availability and local standards. Any specific requests or preferences should be communicated to us at the time of booking, and we will make every effort to accommodate them.
All accommodations included in the confirmed itinerary are reserved and managed directly by Enchanted Morocco Tours with its hotel and riad partners. Hotel booking references, confirmation numbers, or supplier vouchers are part of our internal operational records and may not be issued separately to guests or third parties. Final accommodation details will be communicated as part of the traveler’s final itinerary and travel documents prior to arrival.
  5. Transport: Enchanted Morocco Tours LLC (EMT) operates its own fleet of vehicles for transportation during tours. We also work with reputable third-party transport providers to meet specific demands or accommodate larger groups. While we endeavor to ensure safe and reliable transportation, delays or disruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues.
  6. Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 40% of the total tour amount is required. The deposit is generally non-refundable, except where a refund or travel credit is expressly permitted under the Cancellation, Postponement, Subsequent Cancellation & Travel Credit provisions set out below.
  7. Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cash upon arrival. Please note that payment methods may vary depending on your location and the specific tour operator.
  8. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
  9. Cancellation Policy:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Cancellations received more than 30 days before the confirmed tour departure date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the deposit required for the booking. Any amount paid in excess of the applicable cancellation charge will be refundable, subject to any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred or committed in connection with the booking.
    • 30 days or less before departure: Cancellations received 30 days or less before the confirmed tour departure date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total confirmed tour price. Where the full tour balance has not yet been paid, any outstanding amount forming part of the applicable cancellation charge will remain due.
    • No-shows and unused services: No refund will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or any accommodation, transportation, activities, meals, guiding services, or other portions of the confirmed itinerary that the traveller chooses not to use.
    • Effective cancellation date: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an official Enchanted Morocco Tours communication channel. The effective cancellation date will be the date on which EMT receives the written cancellation request.
    • Postponed bookings: Where a booking has previously been postponed with EMT’s written approval, the specific provisions of Section 10 – Postponement, Subsequent Cancellation & Travel Credit will apply instead.
    • Changes: Requests to modify confirmed travel dates, accommodations, itinerary, activities, number of travellers, or other booking arrangements are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
    • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, illness or medical emergencies, travel disruption, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  10. Postponement, Subsequent Cancellation & Travel Credit:
Where a confirmed booking is postponed at the traveller’s request and the postponement is accepted by Enchanted Morocco Tours (EMT), the deposit already paid will be retained as a travel credit in the traveller’s name for a period of two (2) years.
The travel credit may be applied toward a rescheduled EMT tour, subject to availability, applicable rates at the time of the new booking, and payment of any difference in price.
A postponement does not constitute a cancellation and does not automatically entitle the traveller to a cash refund.

Number of Postponements: A confirmed booking may be postponed once under this policy, subject to EMT’s written approval and availability. Any request for an additional postponement will be considered solely at EMT’s discretion and may be subject to additional charges, revised booking conditions, or non-refundable supplier costs. Approval of an additional postponement does not extend or restart the original two-year travel credit validity period.

If the traveller subsequently decides to cancel the postponed booking entirely, the following conditions will apply:
    • More than 60 days before the confirmed rescheduled departure date: 50% of the deposit paid will be refundable. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation charge.
    • 60 days or less before the confirmed rescheduled departure date: the deposit will be 100% non-refundable.
    • Where no new departure date has yet been confirmed: the deposit will remain available as travel credit for the applicable two-year validity period. If the traveller chooses to cancel the booking entirely instead of retaining the travel credit, the maximum cash refund will be 50% of the deposit paid, subject to any non-refundable costs already incurred or committed by EMT in connection with the booking.
    • Expiry of travel credit: if the travel credit has not been used within the two-year validity period, it will automatically expire. After expiry, the deposit and any remaining travel credit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

The two-year validity period begins on the date EMT confirms the postponement in writing.

All postponement and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through an official EMT communication channel. The effective date of a cancellation or postponement will be the date on which EMT receives the written request.

Any refund due under this policy may be reduced by non-refundable third-party costs already incurred or contractually committed by EMT in connection with the booking, where applicable.
