Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Tour Prices: The prices of our tours are displayed on the respective tour pages of our website. Prices may vary depending on factors such as the duration of the tour, destinations, number of passengers, the type of accommodations included, and any additional activities or services offered.
2. Discounted Prices: From time to time, we may offer discounted prices on select tours. These discounts may be applied automatically at the time of booking or may require the use of a promotional code. 3. Tax Information: The prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. A 14% tax will be added to the advertised tour cost at the time of booking. Please note that tax rates are determined by local regulations and may be subject to change. The final price will include all applicable taxes as required by law at the time of your booking.
4. Accommodations: Accommodations provided as part of our tours are selected based on factors such as location, quality, and availability. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, accommodations may vary depending on availability and local standards. Any specific requests or preferences should be communicated to us at the time of booking, and we will make every effort to accommodate them.
5. Transport: Enchanted Morocco Tours LLC (EMT) operates its own fleet of vehicles for transportation during tours. We also work with reputable third-party transport providers to meet specific demands or accommodate larger groups. While we endeavor to ensure safe and reliable transportation, delays or disruptions may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues.
6. Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 40% of the total tour amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. Payment Methods: We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and cash upon arrival. Please note that payment methods may vary depending on your location and the specific tour operator.
8. Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
9. Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit.
   • Cancellations made 30 days or less before departure are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total tour amount.
   • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
   • Changes: Any changes to your booking, including changes to tour dates, accommodations, or activities, may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
   • Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

1. Booking: activities must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Walk-in bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
